‘Tell me a better DMF than him?, he will play in any team in Europe’ – Jack Wilshere speaks on £100m Chelsea transfer target
According to latest reports, Former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has claimed that West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is the best defensive midfielder in the world at the moment.
However, Wilshere has heaped massive praise on the former Chelsea starlet who has been linked with a move to Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City.
According to Wilshere, no one can do what the 23-year-old does in midfield, while playing for a West Ham side that doesn’t always dominate games.
Wilshere wrote on Twitter: “Tell me a better DMF than Declan Rice right now?”
“Can’t think of anyone can do what Dec can.”
One fan proposed Fabinho is a better option, to which Wilshere replied: “Doesn’t have the presence Dec has.
“Dec can do everything he can and more.
“[Sergio] Busquets is the only one 3 or 4 years ago. And remember he played in a team that dominated possession in every game.
“Dec’s job is harder in this team. He could play in any team in Europe. Fact. Let’s hope its Arsenal.”
