Thiago Silva reveals why he’s proud to be coached by Lampard
New Chelsea centre-back Thiago Silva has revealed he’s proud to be coached by Chelsea boss Frank Lampard.
The Brazilian centre-back joined Chelsea during the summer transfer window as a free agent after his Paris Saint-Germain contract expired.
“I am very proud to be coached by a former athlete whom I had the pleasure to face – one of the best midfielders in the world. I am very happy to share the locker room with him and exchange ideas,” said Thiago Silva.
“He’s someone that talks a lot with me and I look to help any way I can off the pitch, so that we can do our best on the pitch,” concluded the centre-half.
