After defeating Everton 6-0 at the Bridge on Monday night, Chelsea easily earned three vital points.

Chelsea put on yet another Cole Palmer-inspired display as the 21-year-old scored his team’s 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd goals of the year across all competitions.

After 13 minutes, Nicolas Jackson assisted Palmer with a spectacular goal, setting up Palmer’s opening score.

Palmer’s second goal was largely Jackson’s doing as well; Jordan Pickford had already stopped the striker’s first effort. Palmer, though, was there to head in the rebound and extend Chelsea’s lead for the evening.

Sean Dyche, the head coach of Everton, has named Moises Caicedo as Chelsea’s main weapon against Everton.

It was a night for people, too. Moises Caicedo, positioned at the base of midfield, displayed a display of maturity and guile; he had never looked more in control while wearing Chelsea colors.

Excellent foresight to stop a pass intended for Amadou Onana. When he plays that much on the front foot all the time, he’s at his best. Shortly after, the Ecuadorian stole it from Abdoulaye Doucoure in a same manner.

Among all Chelsea and Everton players, Moises Caicedo recorded the most successful ball recoveries (13), successful tackles (5), and successful interceptions (4).
