‘Three times in a row? as Conte finally reacted after losing 3times to Tuchel Chelsea
Chelsea just seem to have the upper hand against Spurs, and it was evident yet again in the Premier League meeting between the two sides at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening.
However, it was yet another frustrating evening for Antonio Conte as he saw his side lose out to Chelsea yet again.
Meanwhile, having beaten Tottenham twice in a row, Thomas Tuchel’s side added another defeat on Sunday, this time in the Premier League, and Spurs were unable to score a goal in all three games.
Speaking after the game, Spurs boss Antonio Conte conceded that there’s a big gap between the two sides, as he revealed that Chelsea had a bigger and better squad than his Tottenham side.
He said: “I think that in the three games against Chelsea I think today was for me, for the effort in the game, I liked it maybe and also the second half in the second leg of the Carabao Cup we played a good game.
“We are improving to play against Chelsea but in this moment it’s very difficult to face this type of squad, not team, because they don’t have 11 players, they have 22 or 23 players of an important level.”
