Tuchel gets transfer promise, Target wants £300,000-a-week contract, as Chelsea sent Jadon Sancho message from Dortmund
Reports have claimed Chelsea target Erling Haaland wants a five-year deal worth £78 million.
Regarded as one of the finest talents in world football and the man that will eventually go on to become the best striker in the game, and has been linked with a transfer move to all the games biggest clubs.
Chelsea have apparently made Haaland their top transfer target ahead of the summer, as The Blues have been tipped to go all-out for the Norwegian striker, with Thomas Tuchel apparently set to move for a new centre-forward.
Now, according to reports on the Daily Express website, the 20-year-old is looking to to secure a five-year package worth £78million if he comes to England.
That works out at least £300,000-a-week, a similar sort of deal to what Raheem Sterling currently earns, but less than City team-mate Kevin De Bruyne and Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Haaland has always been quiet on his future, but gave a brief hint over this plans.
When asked about the number of teams interested in his services, Haaland replied: “It’s always nice when people want you.”
Look, that is alot of money to spend on the player, but at the end of the day, he is certainly a player that would be a great investment for Chelsea.
Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia has apparently promised Thomas Tuchel that he will get the same treatment at the end of the season.
Tuchel was brought to the club too late in the January transfer window to sign players and put his own stamp on the side, which means that he will have to wait until the end of the season to get the players that he wants and needs.
The likes of Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech, Ben Chilwell and Edouard Mendy all arrived for substantial fees ahead of the 2020/21 campaign, but Frank Lampard was unable to get the best out of his players, and he was ultimately sacked by the Blues board.
Now, According to the Sunday World, Granovskaia is willing to shell out £172million for Borussia Dortmund duo Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland.
Haaland and Sancho are regarded as two of the most exciting players in world football, and they are heavily tipped to pack their bags and leave the German outfit during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea have been linked with both players for some time now, but have not been able to get deals done, as Dortmund have had no desire to let the players leave, but that could change in the summer.
It is claimed that both players are ready to leave Dortmund in the transfer window and will cash in on their star duo, for the right amount of money.
