Chelsea new striker Romelu Lukaku has not scored in his last three appearances for the Blues following Wednesday’s 1-0 defeat to Juventus.
However, Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has explained how Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is using Lukaku wrongly.
“You’ve got Lukaku, it’s another element of their game. Get the ball into him and run off him. Drogba, players ran off him, Lampard, Robben, Malouda, there would be players running by him or facing him off,” Ferdinand said on BT Sport.
“Only once maybe where one person ran past, unless you’ve got people running around or rotating up front you’re going to be easy to mark.”
