However, Frenkie De Jong, a midfielder for Barcelona who is also a top transfer target for Manchester United this summer, is one of many significant issues that are currently being discussed.
The Dutch international, though, has also apparently drawn interest from Chelsea, and this has now been verified by transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, who claims that Chelsea have “had some conversations” for De Jong in the video below from his most recent YouTube appearance.
