(Video): I can’t believe this! See how Tuchel reacted to Werner’s huge miss

Timo Werner scored the only goal for Chelsea as the Blues defeated West Ham 1-0 at the London Stadium.

Just before half-time, Werner ensured that Chelsea entered the dressing room with a goal ahead, but he missed an early second-half chance that could have killed off the game on time.

Mason Mount had a long range shot saved by West Ham goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski but he could only palm the ball in front of Werner. Surprisingly, Timo Werner didn’t get the rebound into the net as his tame effort went wide away from the left post.

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was very disappointed with Werner’s miss and didn’t seem to believe it. He shook his head in disbelief before going towards the bench with his hands raised in frustration.

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s next game is the Champions League first leg semi-final clash against Real Madrid on Tuesday 27, and Tuchel might wonder if Werner will be deserving of a start in that game.
