Chelsea lead against Spurs in the Carabao Cup!
The Blues have played well from the start, and they got their reward midway through the first period when Sergio Reguilon gave the ball up to Azpi in Spurs’ half.
Reguilon tried to make amends by sprinting back and diving in, but Azpi was able to pull the ball bac past him to Timo Werner, who finished as calmly as one would expect from the edge of the box to make it 1-0.
There’s a long way to go, but this is an encouraging performance.
