‘Wants a change of air’ – Chelsea player tells Tuchel he wants to leave Stamford Bridge by January

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has told Maurizio Sarri multiple times that he wants a reunion with the former Chelsea boss at Lazio. According to Sportwitness.

Sarri signed Arrizabalaga for a world record fee during his time as Chelsea boss but the Spaniard has failed to live up to expectation at Chelsea and has lost his place to Edouard Mendy.

Thomas Strakosha and Pepe Reina have both failed to impress Sarri at Lazio and the Italian tactician is keen on signing Arrizabalaga.

The report also claims that Lazio can’t afford Kepa’s €7milion yearly wages and the goalkeeper will need to accept a paycut to join Lazio.

Kepa reportedly ‘wants a change of air’ after failing losing his place in the starting XI to Mendy.
