What Harry Maguire said about Chelsea after 3-0 victory over Burnley
According to Manchester United captain Harry Maguire, Manchester United deserved to beat Chelsea in last weekend’s Premier League clash.
Maguire made the comments after Chelsea’s victory over Burnley and ahead of Manchester United’s clash against Arsenal.
Speaking to United’s official website, Maguire said: “Obviously, this season, we haven’t been able to win at Old Trafford in the Premier League yet but it’s still early days.
“It was a much improved performance against Chelsea, a performance which I feel deserved to win the game.
“We had the better chances. It was tight and edgy in the first half but in the second half we pushed on, controlled the game and maybe should have gone on to win three points.”
