When Thomas Tuchel will be sacked – Roy Keane reveals
In his one and a half years as Chelsea’s manager, Thomas Tuchel has done a commendable job.
However, Since taking over for Frank Lampard, the German manager has made Chelsea more competitive and guided them to victory in the 2021 Champions League.
However, there are concerning indications that Chelsea may not just be prepared for the upcoming season.
Tuchel has guided Chelsea through some trying periods, and his current task is to make sure the team succeeds in this new era.
However, Tuchel is the ideal candidate for the Chelsea position, according to Manchester United veteran Roy Keane, who doesn’t believe he will be fired.
Asked whether Chelsea could have a new manager by Christmas, Keane told Sky Bet: “No, I don’t think so. There has obviously been loads of uncertainty over the club the last few months, that has been sorted out now obviously with the new ownership coming in.
“I’m pretty sure again he will be able to bring some players in. He is a top quality manager, he has dealt with a lot of issues over the last few months.
“Ultimately it was a disappointing end to the season for them. But he is a top quality manager and I think the owners will back him. I’d be amazed if he is not there at Christmas.”
