Finally, Chelsea have confirmed the appointment of Graham Potter as the new manager of the club.
Chelsea released a club statement, thus: “Chelsea Football Club is delighted to welcome Graham Potter as our new Head Coach, joining us on a five-year contract to bring his progressive football and innovative coaching to the Club.”
Potter has put pen to paper on a five-year contract with Chelsea, and his appointment comes a day after the dismissal of Thomas Tuchel.
However, The Blues fans have been reacting to the 47-year-old’s appointment as new Chelsea gaffer.
Some fans believes that Todd Boehly does not want to spend much again and believes the new Chelsea manager will make use of the young players at Chelsea.
