Winger heading to Chelsea for talks – Chelsea have agreed first transfer deal – Blues told sign striker

Chelsea’s rising star Omari Hutchinson has been ‘summoned’ to Cobham for a sit-down with Mauricio Pochettino

Hutchinson has been instrumental in helping Ipswich return to the top flight for the first time since the 2001-02 season, contributing 10 goals and six assists from 44 Championship matches, but he is due to return to CHELSEA this summer.

The Blues have not yet made a decision on the immediate future of the young man, The 20-year-old is only under contract at Stamford Bridge for another year, and there are quite a few clubs that are very much interested in a transfer deal.

But speaking to Sky Sports News after Ipswich sealed a top-two finish, he revealed that he wants to stay at Portman Road for a little while longer.

“I hope to stay at Ipswich Town also next season. We’ll see my agent and the manager says… I am speechless. It’s the best loan I could have ever imagined!,” Hutchinson said.

However – reports from The Athletic indicate that Hutchinson is set to report back to Cobham for training and discussions with Pochettino, who is keen to assess the young forward following his successful stint of first-team football

CHELSEA REACH ZIYECH AGREEMENT –

Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea and Galatasaray have come to an agreement over the future of Hakim Ziyech.

After months and months of speculation last summer – Ziyech finally got his move away from CHELSEA when Galatasary came calling towards the end of the transfer window and gave him a loan switch to Turkey.

Now he Turkish side have activated the clause to buy him, and Chelsea have confirmed the agreement. This stage looked uncertain for a while as he was struggling earlier in the year, but he has turned things around after playing 16 Super Lig games for the league leaders, with 6 goals and 3 assists

Romano Tweeted: Hakim Ziyech will not return to Chelsea as he’s staying to Galatasaray on permanent move.

Obligation to buy clause, triggered and signed as Chelsea already sent letter to Gala confirming the agreement.

TIME TO GO PERMANENTLY –

Ziyech should have left in previous windows – he is a player that is too hit and miss.

The London giants have so many players in the squad that they simply do not need – so getting rid of stars like Ziyech is a good option. And to be honest – the winger is not right for the Blues anyway.

So if the reports are true – if CHELSEA have come to an agreement with the Turkish side to finally get the winger off their books on a permanent basis – it will give the Blues board some money to add to the side.

There has been alot of speculation in the media already over the past few weeks about players coming in – but now that Ziyech is done – the club can look forward to adding some quality stars to the side..

BOARD TOLD TO SIGN STRIKER –

Ted Boehly has been told that he needs to sign a striker for Chelsea in the coming transfer window.

Over the last couple of windows, Chelsea have spent some serious money on players that have not really made the kind of impact that would have been hoped by the board – and they have really flopped this season.

Chelsea will be very lucky to get back into Europe after some decent results in recent weeks – but that does not hide the fact that they need to improve that defence in the summer and add a striker to the side.

Merson told Sky Sports: ‘They probably need an experienced centre-half to take Silva’s place, and they could do with another centre-forward too.

‘They want to be getting into the Champions League next year, surely. So they’ve got to start bridging the gap to Arsenal and Man City.

‘This is Chelsea, not a run-of-the-mill team. Chelsea are used to winning things, they want to win stuff – not finish fourth in the league like Tottenham wanted to do, and celebrate about it.

‘I can’t see how Poch isn’t in charge next season, though nothing surprises you. I haven’t thought they should ever get rid of him, he’s a good manager.

‘Individuals don’t win anything, and as long as they can keep sorting that out and keep playing as a team now, they’ll be alright.’
