Ziyech finally reveals why Chelsea conceded a goal against Sheffield United
Chelsea’s consecutive clean sheet run came to an end as the Blues beat Sheffield United 4-1 on Saturday.
Chelsea briefly went behind when David McGoldrick netted for the visiting Sheffield United after just nine minutes but goals from Tammy Abraham, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva and Timo Werner secured a 4-1 victory for Chelsea.
Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has admitted the Blues conceded a goal against Sheffield United due to a slick corner routine which took Chelsea by surprise.
“They come in with power on corners – you think they’ll put it in the box but they took it short and scored for 1-0 but after that we did well and created a lot of chances and scored a lot of goals,” Ziyech said.
