£52 million Frenchman on way to Chelsea with Frank Lampard to use Christensen-plus-cash to seal transfer deal

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard could reportedly use Andreas Christensen in a bid to land Dayot Upamecano this summer window.

Now Look, There has been so much speculation and rumours in the media over the past few weeks about whom Frank Lampard will sign in the summer, to sort his dodgy back-line out, to improve that midfield area, and a possible striker to come in and help out Tammy Abraham

But there has also been constant rumours that Chelsea are interested, maybe even desperate, to sign up the impressive Upamecano, who is easily regarded as one of the finest young centre-backs in the game having helped RB become a very exciting, and entertaining to watch.

It is believed that Chelsea will make a summer move, it is believed that Chelsea will offer £52 million, and it is also believed that RB will say HELL no, ‘we want more’ as they rate the talent very highly, but still, Chelsea will make a move anyways.

But According to Football London, Chelsea could move for Upamecano in the summer and offer RB Leipzig a cash-plus-Christensen deal in order to win the race.

Leipzig do not want to lose one of their beat players in the summer, and have been eyeing up a potential deal for Christensen, who has become a big-part of the Chelsea side this season, but could be sacrificed.

Upamecano is still very young and does not need to make that move to a big club just yet, so even though Chelsea are interested and keen to get a deal done, it probably is not the right time for the young man to move as the Premier League could end up breaking him.

But if he does decide to make that move to England, it will be very interesting to see just where he ends up wont it? If Chelsea let go Christensen and bring in Upamecano, it could be a very good transfer deal that would improve this Chelsea defence as the Frenchman is an upgrade on the current Blues defender.
