7players ruled out to leave club as Chelsea confirmed squad numbers for 2022/23 season
The 2022-23 Chelsea roster has been finalized ahead of the team’s Premier League debut.
However, The numbers that players will wear on their Chelsea shirts have finally been made public as Thomas Tuchel’s team prepares to tackle Everton at Goodison Park in their opening match of the new campaign.
They are, according to the club, as follows:

Meanwhile, Levi Colwill, Ethan Ampadu, Kenedy, Billy Gilmour, Ross Barkley, Harvey Vale and Michy Batshuayi have all not been given numbers for the new season – this indicates they could all been leaving the club this summer.
Colwill has been linked with a move to Brighton, while Ampadu could return to Italy. Gilmour is likely to leave on loan this summer as Wolves eye a loan move for Batshuayi.
Vale is yet to sign a new deal with his current contract set to expire next summer. Barkley’s future in west London remains unclear, as does Kenedy’s.
New signings Raheem Sterling and Carney Chukwuemeka have been given the no.17 and no.30 respectively.
