Bayern Munich beat Chelsea in Champions league round of 16 first leg by three goals to nil at Stamford Bridge before this recent pandemic. Chelsea will now play the return leg against the German Champions.
However, Chelsea have signed two high profile players this summer which includes Morocco international Hakim Ziyech.
I think that Chelsea can cause problems to Bayern Munich if they are able to include Ziyech in their Champions league squad.
How can this happen?
UEFA will likely to have a meeting to decide whether any new signing can feature for the UEFA Champions league competition in August this year.
Any change in rule will likely favour Chelsea to play their new signings which Include Hakim Ziyech and probably Timo Werner.
This will be a boost for Chelsea and also a good news for their fans as well. So if Chelsea are going to beat Bayern they will likely going to line up with former Ajax Amsterdam football player Hakim Ziyech.
