Speaking live on his Twitch channel, Chelsea star Christian Pulisic revealed that he is now fit and is raring to go.
This will come as good news for a side that is yet to hit its stride this season. The Blues have picked up just four points from their first three Premier League games and were also knocked out of the Carabao Cup.
Pulisic was one of our best players last season and a true gamechanger. His presence will help light up the side.
“I’ll say that I’m feeling very good, and very ready to play.”
The 22-year-old scored nine Premier League goals and made six assists in an excellent debut season at the Bridge. He also gave us the lead in the FA Cup final before going off with a hamstring injury.
He has not played for us since. If his comments are to be believed, Pulisic could be in contention to face Crystal Palace this weekend.
Speaking ahead of the game against Tottenham Hotspur, Frank Lamaprd had revealed that Pulisic is close to a return. It would appear to be true.
With a number of new players now at the club, the team will naturally take some time to gel together. Bringing back a match winner who is already familiar with the side will help ease the pressure on those around him.
