‘Medicals soon’ – Chelsea and Italian club reach agreement over transfer of player
According to reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have reached an agreement with Italian club AC Milan for the transfer of Fikayo Tomori.
The Chelsea defender is expected to join AC Milan on loan until the end of the season with the Italian club having the option to sign him permanently for €30 million.
Tomori is expected to fly to Milan for his medicals after Chelsea sign the agreement with AC Milan on Tuesday.
Romano tweeted: “Fikayo Tomori will join AC Milan on loan with buy option [€30m] until next June. Agreement expected to be signed on Tuesday, then the player will fly to Milano – medicals pending. Chelsea are ready to accept.”
