The Champions of Europe Chelsea back to the default settings of the Premier league table by topping the League table after beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 at the on Sunday evening.

However, is clear enough that Chelsea were too much for Spurs in the second half, the Blues struggled against Tottenham’s intensity in the first half.

But tactician Thomas Tuchel reacted to Tottenham’s dominance in the first half by switching to a 3-5-2 formation, taking off Mason Mount for N’Golo Kante.

Tottenham struggled to cope with Chelsea’s intensity and control, with Thiago Silva powering home Chelsea’s first from a corner on 49 minutes.

Substitute N’Gola Kante made it 2-0 on 57 minutes for the Blues. He took a shot from outside the box which deflected off Tottenham defender Eric Dier and wrong footing Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

The Blues made it 3-0 in stoppage time after Antonio Rudiger struck home after receiving a brilliant pass from substitute Timo Werner, who came on for Kai Havertz.

Tuchel showed he is a tactical genius with the way he turned the game around for Chelsea in the second half.
