Announcement very soon as Chelsea agree Brazilian transfer deal

Chelsea have reportedly agreed to loan out Kenedy to Flamengo.

Thomas Tuchel has just managed to persuade the board to splash almost £100 million on the signing of Romelu Lukaku, meaning that the club will need to sell a few players in order to get some of that cash back.

And that means players, like Kenedy, who has not really been able to make any sort of impact at the club since his move to the club, is all set to depart Stamford Bridge for a move back to Brazilian football.

Kenedy is out of favour at Stamford Bridge and the winger has been holding talks with Brazilian club Flamengo over a move, and According to Goal, Kenedy is close to agreeing a loan move with the option of a permanent deal.

The 25-year-old is in his final year of his contract and has no realistic prospect of breaking into the side.

Kenedy spent last season on loan at Granada, making 44 appearances and scoring eight goals

The deal is set to have an option to make the move permanent for £8million.

Kenedy was signed by the club as a big talent for the future, but a number of loans and lack of chances at the club has meant that his career in England has not been the success that he had hoped for

So the news that he is going back to Brazilian football is not a big surprise as this would be the best thing for the man.

The announcement will surely be very soon and fans will surely wish the player all the best for his future
