Billionaire man confident of buying Chelsea after submitting best offer as Raine group set to make decision

According to latest reports, The consortium led by American billionaire Todd Boehly is confident they have submitted the best all-round offer for Chelsea.

However, The Independent reveals that, Boehly’s consortium believes they have the best “all-round offer” to buy Chelsea, which includes fan involvement.

Boehly’s consortium includes 86 year old Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss and British entrepreneur Jonathan Goldstein.

Wyss was the first to alert the world to the fact that Roman Abramovich was actively looking to sell Chelsea in a remarkable interview with Swiss newspaper Blick.

46 year old Boehly is part-owner of the LA Dodgers and had a £2.2bn offer for Chelsea rejected by Abramovich three years ago while Goldstein’s American investment company Cain Hoy failed in an attempt to buy Tottenham eight years ago. A
