Blues coach leaves club after 27-years with Chelsea, as Marina confirms departure of player on deadline day

January transfer is over and here are some latest updates around the club, that took place on deadline day.

According to latest reports, Former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been confirmed as Everton manager, and the 43-year-old Chelsea legend has made his first step by taking with him a Chelsea coach to join him at Everton.

However, it was claimed that, Chelsea first team coach Joe Edwards has joined Lampard as an as assistant manager at Everton, thus ending an incredible 27 years involved with Chelsea.

Joe Edwards worked with Lampard during Lampard’s spell in charge of the Blues.

The 35-year-old first joined Chelsea as a schoolboy player and has worked his way through the coaching ranks after his playing career did not work out.

Paul Clement has also joined Lampard as first team coach, and Chris Jones as first team coach and head of performance.

Chelsea have stated that Edwards’ position at the club will not be replaced at this time.

Tino Anjorin officially joins Huddersfield on loan

According to reports, Chelsea youngster Tino Anjorin has completed a loan move to Huddersfield Town. The 20-year-old will play for the Championship side until the end of the season.

However, The attacking midfielder spent the first part of the season on loan with Lokomotiv Moscow. He made nine appearances for the Russian Premier League side, scoring a goal.

His departure from Lokomotiv is linked to Ralf Rangnick’s exit. The German, who worked at the Moscow side, pushed for his loan transfer in the summer. But as Rangnick became Man United interim coach, Lokomotiv decided against keeping the Chelsea loanee.
