Blues register interest as €60M Brazilian star snubs Arsenal to make Chelsea move

Of course, with Romelu Lukaku’s situation deteriorating and him seeming increasingly set to leave Stamford Bridge for Inter Milan this summer, there will be a slew of new strikers linked with Chelsea as possible replacements for the Belgian.
Richarlison of Everton was mentioned as a target last week, but there was no confirmation from reliable sources. This is no longer the case.
Chelsea have expressed an interest in signing Richarlison this summer, according to Brazilian site UOL, which is generally credible.
They go on to say that he has flatly refused an offer to join Arsenal, preferring instead to join London rivals Chelsea or Tottenham.
I’m not sure Chelsea would make a move for him since he wouldn’t be cheap.
