BOOM! Arsenal star set for shock Chelsea move after completing his Medical
According to reports, Omari Hutchinson, an attacking midfielder for Arsenal, is “set” to sign with Chelsea, claims the Secret Scout.
According to the insider, the 18-year-old will join the Blues’ Under 23s in an effort to advance toward playing at the senior level:
Hutchinson has previously had a medical at Cobham before committing to a move to Chelsea, according to other sources, so it appears that this deal is still a ways off.
Hutchinson’s chances of playing first-team football for the Gunners are slim, but it’s extremely uncommon for a prominent Premier League club to trade one of their most promising junior prospects to another top-flight squad.
He is surpassed in the hierarchy for his preferred number 10 position by Martin Odegaard and recent acquisition Fabio Vieira. Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are not going to give up their positions as reserve players anytime soon.
Hutchinson appears to be convinced that under Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, he will have a better chance of earning his first team debut.
