After Chelsea’s struggles in defence this season, the Blues are keen on signing a centre-back this summer.
Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing Lille centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes, with various reports claiming the Blues have held talks with the Brazilian defender.
According to Lille president Gerard Lopez, Gabriel Magalhaes will pick his next club this week after the French club granted the centre-back an “exit pass”.
Lopez said: “With Gabriel, we are talking and we’ve given him an exit pass. He will choose his club this week.”
Manchester United, Arsenal, Everton and Napoli are also interested in the 22 year old centre-back.
