BREAKING: Another former Chelsea hero set to make shock Premier League return
As we all know the Blues have produced many fan favourites over the years, or what many might call ‘cult heroes’ at the club.
However, These are players who will always hold a special place in many fans hearts and were always putting their all in on the pitch for the club.
Diego Costa might have ended up leaving on bad terms with Chelsea and falling out with Antonio Conte, but for many Blues fans, he will always be fondly remembered as a cult hero.
Well, these fans might be having mixed emotions this morning with news filtering in that the former Blue might be set for a Premier League return, but not with Chelsea.
According to David Ornstein of The Athletic (below), Costa is going to be taking his Wolves medical this Tuesday ahead of a move to the club. Costa is a free agent and they can be signed after the transfer deadline. Wolves are in need of a striker to cover injuries, and Costa could be that guy!
