BREAKING: Marina Granovskaia and Frank Lampard agree on summer transfer strategy

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard and Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia have reportedly agreed on a summer transfer policy.

According to The Athletic, Lampard is not focused on young players only, he is also looking for those capable of making an immediate impact.

Lampard has promoted a youth policy at Chelsea this season but the boss also wants to bring in experienced players that will give the team a perfect balance.

The signing of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax is a perfect example of Lampard seeking to add experience to the Chelsea team. The Moroccan international is 27 years old and has impressed in the Champions League with Ajax.

It is believed Chelsea are also not interested in spending big on players who have little resale value.
