BREAKING: Pedro wants to sign Chelsea new contract but on one condition

Chelsea have a few short-term temporary contract extensions to sort out by the end of this month, and one player is hesitating on his decision to extend.

According to The Sun, Chelsea must get Willian and Pedro to agree to short-term extensions this month in order for them both to finish the season at Stamford Bridge, that gets back underway in a couple of weeks time.

The tabloid believes they have spoken to a Chelsea source who has told them that Pedro is holding out on putting pen to paper.

The reason they state is rather odd though.

They claim that Pedro does not want to be the first one who signs an extension before his pals have done the same. By pals they mean Willian, and David Silva from Manchester City.

Willian is open to staying on at Stamford Bridge, Pedro is not keen to ‘break ranks’ and go it alone. Well, someone has to be the first, lads!
