Rudiger helped convince Chelsea to sign national teammate Timo Werner, and the German international is set on a mission to do same for Chelsea target Kai Havertz.
Bild journalist Christian Falk has revealed that Rudiger has been in contact with Kai Havertz for weeks now to convince the highly rated 21-year-old to join Chelsea as well.
Chelsea fans have hailed Rudiger for his mission, but want the 27-year-old to improve on his defending as well.
“If Rudiger was as good as a defender as he is an agent, Chelseas defence would be sorted,” one supporter said. Another commented: “Rudiger is world class.. off the pitch.”
Another added: “The only reason we still employ Rudiger must be to talk to all these players we want to sign because it’s sure as hell not his footballing ability.”
Another fan simply joked: “Leave Rudiger for transfer business, [Kurt] Zouma is the man to rely on.”
