Chelsea is set to use Italian midfielder in swap deal for €52m rated Bosnian midfielder, who is speculated to see his way out of  this summer.

Frank Lampard has been trying to make necessary and tough decisions in the team, in order to have the best team able to compete in all competition next season.

The Chelsea board have also back the England international up, by releasing the necessary fund to get his desired players, who are worthy to compete and win trophies next season.

One of the changes Super Frankie is about to do to the team is, the bringing in of a new midfielder who would be competent and strong enough to hold the midfield role.

The Bosnian international Miralem Pjanic, who secured his move from Napoli to Juventus, is currently in a good form for Juventus and a first team player, who is energetic enough coupled with accurate distribution of passes within the field.

Report from a Spanish news outlets has stated that Juventus coach Mauricio Sari, known to be a fan of the Italian international Jorginho, will hasten the deal as he has been plotting to sign the defensive midfielder from Chelsea.

With Chelsea planning to bring in new midfielder this summer, seeing Ngolo Kante been reportedly speculated with a move to Real Madrid, will give more available space for the incoming players.

However, Chelsea fans are not happy with the idea of letting the two midfielder leave at once, and they prefer Jorginho to go while Kante should stay in accordance to a tweet on the Chelsea fans page on Twitter.
