Chelsea to swap Lukaku with £100m striker as Man City interested in €150million Chelsea transfer target

Lukaku’s return wasn’t a successful one at Chelsea, and at the end of the season he decided to call it quits.

However, The Belgian completed a loan move to Inter Milan during the summer transfer window. Lukaku is still a Chelsea player and would return at the end of the season.

According to reports, Chelsea would try to make an audacious bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane during the summer transfer window.

Calciomercatoweb has claimed that Chelsea could offer Romelu Lukaku in exchange for the England captain.

New Blues boss Graham Potter is a huge fan of Kane and would like to work with him at Stamford Bridge.

Antonio Conte is a huge fan of Lukaku on the other hand, and the Belgian would be reunited with Antonio Conte at Tottenham if the deal works, having won the Scudetto together at Inter Milan back in 2020/2021.

The report claims Chelsea would also include cash in the Lukaku and Kane swap deal.

But it’s yet to be seen if Tottenham would accept such an offer from their London rivals.

Man City interested in €150million Chelsea transfer target

AC Milan forward Rafael Leao is a player on the radars of the majority of Europe’s top clubs. Plenty of them were reportedly weighing up a move for the 23-year-old during the summer but he stayed with Serie A champions AC Milan.

According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester City are big admirers of the AC Milan forward and could look to add him to the squad next year.

Leao is a transfer target for Chelsea and the Blues had a bid for the 23 year old rejected by AC Milan last summer.

Leao has a €150million release clause in his AC Milan contract and has two-and-a-half years left on his AC Milan contract.

The winger is attracting interest after scoring three times and providing six assists in eight games following his 14-goal haul that led his side to the Serie A title last season.

Rafael Leao was on top of Paris Saint-Germain’s list to replace Kylian Mbappe who seemed destined to join Real Madrid.

Leao currently earns 1.6 million per season and AC Milan have offered him a new contract until 2026 at around €4.5 million per season. There is still no agreement between the parties with his agent Jorge Mendes pushing for improved terms.
