Following the exits of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen this summer, Chelsea fans will be hoping that something may become official soon. Stamford Bridge is in desperate need of a new defender.
The Blues had a poor season last year, failing to put up a serious title campaign and falling to Liverpool in both domestic cup finals.
However, Koulibaly is a top-notch defender who could turn around the fortunes of the west London powerhouse in the upcoming year.
Additionally, Fabrizio Romano recently asserted that CFC were planning to speak with Koulibaly’s agent and target the acquisition of Nathan Ake from Manchester City.
