Confirmed! Forgotten Chelsea player to leave club after 7 years at Stamford Bridge

According to reports, Baba Abdul Rahman, a Ghanaian international, is poised to leave Chelsea this summer after a successful loan spell at Reading FC in the English Championship.

Rahman has been with Chelsea for seven years, but the Black Stars left-back is considering his options and is expected to leave in the summer transfer window.

Rahman joined Chelsea in 2015 after making an impression in the German Bundesliga with Augsburg, however his stint at the club was cut short due to injury.

Baba Rahman has had loan spells at Schalke 04, Reims, Mallorca, PAOK, and most recently Reading since joining Chelsea.

Baba Rahman’s contract with Chelsea expires in two years, and according to Ghana Soccer Net, Middlesbrough and other clubs are interested in signing him.

Baba Rahman is now in Japan with the Black Stars for the Kirin Cup event, where he is likely to start against Chile on Tuesday.
