CONFIRMED: Two Chelsea players to be out of action for over a month
Chelsea will be without Hakim Ziyech and Edouard Mendy for about a month next season.
Ziyech helped Morocco beat Central African Republic 2-0 on Tuesday evening to put Morocco on the brink of qualifying for African Cup of Nations in 2022.
The tournament, which was last won by Algeria, was due to be staged next year but will now be held in 2022 during the months of January and February.
Chelsea will also be without Mendy for about a month next season after Senegal sealed their passage to the finals on Sunday, defeating Guinea Bissau 1-0.
