Deal close: as Another Chelsea transfer deal set to be finalised in the next 48 hours
According to latest reports, The Blues look set to secure another transfer deal of the summer.
However, Chelsea have been fairly quiet in terms of arrivals so far this transfer window, but there is still plenty of time left.
It looks like they are slowly building up funds themselves to add to the transfer kitty, and they are close to securing a move for another player, according to The Daily Mail.
Their exclusive report late last night claims that Southampton are close to beating Brighton for the signature of young rising star, Tino Livramento, who only has one year remaining on his current contract at Chelsea and has of now refused to sign a new deal there.
A £5m fee is ‘close to being finalised’ between the two clubs and there is ‘plenty of excitement’ surrounding the deal from a Southampton perspective.

It will be a huge shame for Chelsea to lose such a massive talent, but if he won’t sign the deal, there isn’t much we can do.
