Deal to keep him till 36 at Chelsea, as player happily agreed personal terms with Chelsea – report
According to reports, Chelsea and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have reached a personal agreement.
However, Aubameyang reportedly has a three-year contract with Chelsea, according to the Spanish publication Diario Sport, and will make more money than he does at Barcelona right now.
According to Aubameyang’s contract, he will remain a Chelsea player until he turns 36. Aubameyang is reportedly content with the conditions Chelsea has provided.
Meanwhile, Diario Sport however adds that nothing has been agreed between Chelsea and Barcelona over a transfer fee.
Chelsea are believed to have offered a €30m package for Aubameyang – €19m cash plus Marcos Alonso, who’s valued at €11m.
The report adds that Barcelona do not agree with Chelsea’s valuation of Alonso, as they have previously agreed to sign him on a separate deal for a lower price.
Chelsea may have to increase their offer to sign Aubameyang.
Xavi have said on Aubameyang to Chelsea transfer: “We don’t know what will happen. Right now he’s our player, he’s important but the circumstances will tell.
“At the moment neither Auba nor Memphis have left… now the priority is to register Koundé”.
