According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have already reportedly agreed personal terms with young Sevilla defender Jules Kounde, and the Blues are expected to press in for a transfer with the club before the end of the summer.
Romano believes that Chelsea will push again for Kounde ‘in the next few days’ in an attempt to agree a fee with his club and get the deal done.
