Ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has confirmed key man is fit for the game.
The Blues got off to a winning start against Brighton on Monday, and despite being given a hard game by newcomers Leeds United, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side also got three points in their opening match.
They will both be going into Sunday’s match looking to keep early momentum building, but this will be no easy game for either side.
Chelsea are without four key players, which is obviously not ideal for Frank Lampard.
The German international striker looked very lively on his debut this week and he will be hoping to grab a goal against a club who were also keen on signing him before he joined Chelsea this summer.
Hopefully we win the game!
Lampard on injuries ahead of Liverpool: "Ben Chilwell is not ready for the game, Pulisic is not ready. We hope they progress in training over the next week. Ziyech is the same story. Werner is fit." #CFC
