Fabrizio Romano confirms player’s medical with Chelsea ahead of January transfer
According to latest Christopher Nkunku, a target for Real Madrid, is close to signing with Chelsea before the summer transfer window in 2023 after passing a Chelsea medical, according to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.
Nkunku reportedly recently underwent a Chelsea physical, and Romano has since verified those reports.
“All parties involved in Christoper Nkunku deal wanted to keep Chelsea medical secret, but it really took place few weeks ago,” Fabrizio Romano tweeted.
“Not done yet, as Chelsea & Leipzig will discuss about fee/payment terms. Plan B: triggering €60m clause in 2023,” he adds.
The 24-year-old has scored 55 goals and provided 48 assists in 148 appearances for RB Leipzig.
