However, away from the speculation, there are many at the club that believe that he will stay in the summer, and haaland is one of those players.
Haaland has been a sensation since joining the bundesliga side from salzburg and is delighted to be playing alongside a ‘fantastic player’ in sancho, who has 14 goals and 16 assists from 23 appearances so far this season in the german top-flight.
Haaland told espn: “he’s a fantastic player, and the stats don’t lie what he’s been doing for us this season, so he’s a fantastic player and he will become even better.
“we are lucky to have him here.”
