‘He accepted Chelsea as his next club’ – Romano confirms as player close to Chelsea move

In fact, Romano claims that sources at Chelsea have informed him that the transfer is now “only a matter of time,” which is pretty much the closest thing to saying “here we go” when the deal is completed.
