“He has a really good talent” – Lampard finally found perfect replacement for Jorginho
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has found the perfect replacement for Jorginho in Chelsea’s midfield.
This is according to Chelsea great Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who believes Billy Gilmour will take Jorginho’s place in the Chelsea midfield in the future.
Gilmour impressed in Chelsea’s 3-1 FA Cup victory over Luton on Sunday and Hasselbaink believes the 19 year old midfielder has a wider skill set than Jorginho.
“I like him, he handles the ball really, really well,” Hasselbaink told BBC Sport.
“Chelsea bought Jorginho a few years ago and they now have this boy coming through and I think he will take Jorginho’s place. He has more [about him] than Jorginho.
“He is a really, really good talent.”
