However, Christensen was constantly terrorised by Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr in the first half of the Champions League quarter-final first leg tie.
Every moment Vinicius had the ball in the first half, he seemed to make a mess of the Chelsea defender, until he was subbed off at half-time.
In the second-half, Vinicius didn’t have a glimpse of action, as he was well handled by Reece James.
However, A Chelsea fan’s tweet has gone viral, after he claimed that Christensen should never play for the club again.

Christensen is believed to have agreed a deal with Barcelona, and he’d leave Chelsea at the end of the season.
