He will do it with Chelsea! As player reveals how Graham Potter turned him into a beast with this formation

Graham Potter is getting ready to take over as Chelsea’s manager for the first time ever tonight.

The pressure will be unlike anything he has ever experienced for the former Brighton manager, who will be coaching in the Champions League for the first time.

Chelsea fans should relax knowing they have a top-notch coach because Potter is aware of the enormous task he has taken on in leading a side like Chelsea. But since we can read the remarks of players who have really played under him before, you don’t need to take my word for it.

At Brighton, Potter changed defender Dan Burn from a center back to a wide center back who played in a three, and Burn is all praise for his former manager.

Burn has now joined Newcastle, but through The BBC, he has been informing Blues supporters of what to anticipate under Potter.

Burn Says: “I never went on the pitch not knowing my job to the letter. But it was fluid, we swapped into a back three or a back four, and it could change three or four times a game. I’ve played against Brighton a few times now, and it’s hard to guess the team.”

“If you were out for a game, you knew that in two or three games’ time you would be playing so the disappointment wasn’t strong.

“Manchester City and Liverpool do it [rotate a lot], and he will do it with Chelsea because of the number of games they have.”
