The present Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has finally revealed he hopes to remain as a Chelsea boss for so many years but admits things change quickly in football.
However, according to Tuchel, to dream of being boss for for two, three, four, five years can be naive, because managers rely on results.
“Hopefully I’m in charge,” Thomas Tuchel said on the Mic’D Up podcast when asked about his plans for the future at Chelsea, as quoted by The Chelsea Chronicle.
“That we have a good time together. If I’m still in charge, that would be a good picture.
“It’s a very promising group at the moment. You never know, because things in football change so quickly. But, it’s a very good mix at the moment.
“I like the support and the amount of support and the quality of support around the team, it’s fantastic.
“You can feel this club competes on the highest level for many years.
“In football, to have a dream for two, three, four, five years can be naive, because we rely on results and on atmosphere and development.”
Tuchel has impressed as Chelsea boss since replacing Frank Lampard in January and we hope he continues as Chelsea boss for a very long time.
