‘I said to him: Tuchel finally reveals what he told Roman Abramovich after Club World Cup victory
The Blues finally won the Club World Cup after beating Brazilian side Palmeiras 2-1 on Saturday evening, However Kai Havertz extra time penalty gives Chelsea the victory.
However, Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has dedicated Chelsea’s Club World Cup triumph to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and this will be the first Club World Cup glory for the Club.
Just like he did when Chelsea won the Champions League last year, Abramovich congratulates Tuchel on the pitch following the club’s triumph.
Tuchel was also quick to congratulate Roman Abramovich his input and passion as Chelsea owner made it possible for Chelsea.
Tuchel said: “It is good for him,” “We met shortly on the pitch after the final and I said ‘congrats’ and he said ‘congrats’ to me.
“I said, ‘It is for you and it is your club. Your input and passion that made it possible.’ The trophy is for him.”
