Chelsea star Pedro Rodriguez has revealed that he was a huge fan of Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane during his playing days.
“I would have liked to have played with Zidane, a very elegant and with great vision as a playmaker, I liked him a lot,” Pedro said, according to Marca.
“Every time he touched the ball, something good could happen.”
The Chelsea forward also discussed what it’s like to be a professional footballer during this quarantine.
“We’ve been locked in for a month, I train a lot at home but not losing shape will be difficult,” the Spaniard said.
“It’s like a summer holiday for footballers because you aren’t playing with the ball, you lose that a bit, even though you play games at home with the ball.
“You’ll be able to tell depending how long this goes on for, if it’s two months, you’ll really be able to tell.”
