‘I’m just a happy man at Chelsea, forget it’ –  Chelsea player sends transfer warning message to Manchester United

Manchester United, like Real Madrid and Barcelona, is attempting to take advantage of Chelsea’s contract situation.

Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen have already agreed to transfer to Spain, while Cesar Azpilicueta, Marcos Alonso, and Jorginho, all of whom have a year left on their contracts, are being pursued by other European clubs.

N’Golo Kante also has a year left on his Chelsea deal, and Manchester United is interested in signing him.

Kante had previously been connected with Real Madrid and PSG, but he ended up signing a large contract with Chelsea in 2018 to put an end to those rumors – a £280k per week agreement that made him the highest paid Chelsea player until Romelu Lukaku was signed.

Kante has stated that he will make his decision at the end of the season, despite new rumors of interest from other clubs. The Frenchman, on the other hand, has stated that he is happy and comfortable at Chelsea.

Kante said: “I’m not the happiest footballer, but I’m just a happy man – happy to be at Chelsea, happy to play football, happy to share the changing room with these players. So I’m happy but not the happiest.

“Happiness is a state of mind where you enjoy the things that are happening, where you are, what you are. This is happiness.

“We have had ups and downs but we have had moments of happiness, we were able to celebrate some titles and share those moments with the fans and everyone who’s working at the club.

“On the other side there have been some moments where we wish that we could have done it better, but that’s football, we did our best and we see what happens.”
